NCIS season 19: Marcie Warren ‘exposed’ as mystery killer as fans uncover huge Gibbs clue

NCIS season 18 introduced fans to a new character portrayed by Mark Harmon’s real life wife Pam Dawber, Marcie Warren, but could she be the mystery killer Gibbs has been tracking?
Marcie Warren (played by Pam Dawber) and Leroy Gibbs (Mark Harmon) have been on the trail of a serial killer in the latest instalment of NCIS. With the action-packed crime drama set to return to CBS after the summer, some fans think a devastating twist about the show’s newest addition could be coming their way.

A new theory has proposed investigative reporter Marcie Warren could be the killer Gibbs has been after in the 18th season of NCIS.

Warren was first introduced in the 11th episode of the 2020-21 season as a new crime-solving partner for the recently suspended Gibbs.

Although Gibbs’ job was put on hold after inflicting his rage on a potential suspect, the ex-Agent in Charge has still managed to find a useful way to occupy his time.

As he continues to work on his current boat-building project, Gibbs has teamed up with Marcie to investigate a string of murders the police have written off, believing they may have uncovered a serial killer.

Just before Gibbs’ maiden voyage was cut short when his new boat exploded, the two sleuths honed in on the case when they realised someone had been listening in on their conversations.

However, a new theory has suggested the elusive killer could have been under Gibbs’ nose this whole time.

While many fans assumed Mark Harmon’s wife had been brought in as Gibbs’ new love interest, another viewer has proposed Pam Dawber could be set for a villainous role in the next season.

They took their theory to Reddit when they uncovered a number of clues which could point to Marcie Warren being exposed as the mystery killer in season 19.

User Fantasygod1990 posted: “Am I the only one who thinks there could be a possible swerve here with Marcie being the serial killer?

“0 suspects have even been mentioned to my knowledge.”

In contrast to previous NCIS cases, Gibbs and Marcie have so far failed to identify a single potential suspect in the horrific series of murders.

As no one has been named as a likely culprit so far, there’s a strong possibility that an existing character will be unmasked in an unexpected twist.
